Cowlick Lucy is a roots rock trio based in Washington DC and its environs. The band is Dan Barry on drums, Paula Jones on bass and vocals, and Vivian Kao on guitar and vocals. The band formed in 2000 in a dark basement on Klingle Street in the Mount Pleasant area of DC and performed throughout the DC metro area between 2000 and 2006.
